Micha Zaat

Micha Zaat (28) is a musician, journalist and author. As the guitarist of the band Tramhaus, he now tours extensively at home and abroad. The band recently toured across East Asia and Europe, and in the summer of 2025 they performed at festivals including Lowlands, Primavera and Cabaret Vert. Tramhaus’s debut album, released in autumn 2025, was met with widespread critical acclaim in major newspapers and on various online platforms. The band is currently hard at work recording their second album.

Together with Gideon Karting, he co-wrote the 2024 book Rotterdam, Let Your Voice Be Heard—a collection of anecdotes proving that Rotterdam was the Netherlands’ number one pop city for decades, and exploring how it might reclaim that status. Micha also works as a marketer and head of communications at the Rotterdam venue V11.

“The best club in the UK for future Rock n Roll stars” – Noel Gallagher

“In a world where our legendary venues are being mercilessly snatched by developers, This Feeling offer one of the few consistent platforms for up and coming bands. If you’re going to see the emergence of a new great band you’ll see them at This Feeling first!” – Carl Barat

Louisa Robinson

I am the Bookings Coordinator at Green Man Festival, where I look after programming for the Rising Stage, while also supporting music curation across the festival as a whole. I’m passionate about new music and talent development, and love being part of a team that helps emerging artists find a platform.

Before joining Green Man, I worked as a promoter at FORM and was the in-house booker at The Boileroom in Guildford. I’ve been working in the live music industry for over 7 years, and I’m especially passionate about supporting small artists and championing grassroots and independent music companies.

Immanuel Spoor

In 2009, Immanuel Spoor set up his label and management agency On Track entirely DIY (which at the time also handled bookings). With On Track, he has always represented a small roster, working with a long-term vision to build sustainable careers.
From On Track, he also launched a few small initiatives—such as Eendracht Festival and Festival Downtown—in his beloved city of Rotterdam. These initiatives quickly grew into serious festivals, creating the need to establish a proper cultural institution. After a trip to the notary, De Nieuwe Lichting was born in 2014, where he still serves as director, managing director, and artistic lead.
Alongside his work for On Track and De Nieuwe Lichting, Immanuel rarely says no to exciting ventures. As a result, he spent several years teaching marketing and entrepreneurship at the Zadkine Pop Academy and the Albeda Music and Production programme, and he also led the entrepreneurship minor at CODARTS. He was one of the driving forces (together with Hiphop In Je Smoel, among others) behind the hip-hop festival BoomDox, spent several years as business coordinator at Grasnapolsky, and has curated (mostly musical) programming for events such as Rotterdam Street Culture Week, Pow! Wow!, Rotterdam Rooftop Days, the HOMEGROWN nights at BIRD, and numerous other Rotterdam-based (and non-Rotterdam) initiatives.
