Na twee avonden vol nieuwe muziek snappen we helemaal dat je behoefte hebt aan een palate cleanser. Even wat herkenbare klanken om je overprikkelde brein tot rust te brengen en je op te laden voor de laatste dag van Left of the Dial. Zoek niet verder… Op vrijdagavond ben je welkom in Rotown voor de Sticker Night onder leiding van de dj’s van Kiss all Hipsters, waar je kunt dansen op hits én gratis shotjes kunt verdienen!
Zo scoor je een gratis shot in 3 simpele stappen:
Naast de DJ-booth vind je een bak met stickers — of beter gezegd: naamstickers. Meestal van bekende artiesten. Kies er één uit (maar echt: slechts één!).
Ga de dansvloer op en laat je beste moves zien, in de hoop dat de DJ een nummer van ‘jouw’ artiest draait.
Hoor je een nummer van jouw naamsticker? Sprint naar de DJ-booth, wijs je sticker aan… en het shotje is van jou!
Heel belangrijk:
Een naamsticker is géén verzoekje. Sterker nog: de DJ neemt helemaal geen verzoekjes aan. Dus probeer het niet eens.
Ga niet naar de bar met je naamsticker. De gratis shotjes zijn echt, maar dan ook echt alleen verkrijgbaar bij de DJ-booth.
Nogmaals: ga niet bij de bar vragen om een gratis shotje. Daar worden onze verder zéér vriendelijke barmedewerkers echt chagrijnig van.

Look no further… On Friday night you can join us in Rotown for Sticker Night with the Kiss all Hipsters dj-team to dance to overly-known tunes AND earn free shots!
Earn a free shot in 3 easy steps:
Next to the DJ booth you’ll find a collection of stickers. Or rather: name tags. Mostly of famous artists. Pick one (only one!) name tag.
Get on the floor ands show your best moves while hoping the DJ will play a song of the artist on your name tag.
One of ‘your songs’ comes on? Report to the DJ booth immediately and point to your name tag…. A free shot is yours!!
Very important:
A name tag is not a request!! In fact, to keep things fair the DJ won’t accept any requests at all, so don’t even try…
Don’t go to the bar to show your name tag, the free shots are really REALLY only available at the DJ booth.
Really, don’t go to the bar asking for a free shot, it will annoy the hell out of our otherwise very friendly bar staff.

Klachten over de muziek op de Left of the Dial-afterparty’s? Dan draai je toch gewoon zelf, want dit jaar mag iedereen de dj zijn! Het globale idee is als volgt:
In Left of the Dial-nachtclub Centraal zal er een op donderdag-, vrijdag- en zaterdagnacht een DIY DJ Party zijn waar bezoekers zelf hun favoriete dansplaatjes kunnen draaien. Iedereen die zich van te voren heeft aanmeld, krijgt een specifiek moment toebedeeld om achter de draaitafels te kruipen! De aanmeldingen voor deze DIY DJ Parties zijn zo hard gegaan dat we maar liefst 3 nachten gevuld hebben met DIY DJ’s! Alledrie de nachten zijn inmiddels vol, het is dus niet meer mogelijk om je aan te melden.

Complaints about the music at the Left of the Dial afterparties? Well then, why not DJ yourself? Because this year, everyone gets to be the DJ! Here’s the basic idea:
At Left of the Dial’s nightclub Centraal, there will be a DIY DJ Party on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, where visitors can spin their favorite dance tracks themselves. Everyone who signed up in advance has been assigned a specific time slot to step behind the decks!
Signups for these DIY DJ Parties went so fast that we managed to fill three full nights with DIY DJs! All three nights are now fully booked, so it’s no longer possible to sign up.

Bands on a Bus is eigenlijk meer een toeristisch tochtje door Rotterdam terwijl er een bescheiden versie van een band aan boord speelt. Nog steeds hartstikke leuk natuurlijk, want er zijn discolampen en een bar en ook nog eens fantastisch uitzicht.
Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, het voor ons ook gewoon een experiment. Misschien gaan we erachter komen dat er een heel goede reden is dat de busmaatschappij nog nooit eerder spelende bands aan boord heeft gehad. Misschien wordt het geluid vreselijk en misschien staat de bus bij de eerste rit al oneindig lang in de file. We hebben echt geen idee…
Als het een groot succes blijkt te zijn, gaan we volgend jaar natuurlijk wél gewoon kaartjes verkopen, maar gezien het experimentele aard van dit project, leek het ons verstandig eerst eens met gratis tickets te beginnen…
Goed, als je best een proefkonijn wilt zijn en je gaat achteraf niet klagen dat het de meest mislukte busrit ooit was, dan verwelkomen we je met alle liefde in de Left of the Dial-bus!
ALSJE-ALSJE-ALSJEBLIEFT Bands on a Bus is helemaal uitverkocht, dus als je in het bezit bent van een ticket, maar je kunt er toch niet bij zijn, laat het ons weten, of geef je ticket door aan iemand anders. We hebben maar 70 tickets per bus-tour beschikbaar en het zou toch eeuwig zonde zijn als er plekken leeg blijven!
HET LOGISTIEKE GEDEELTE De ritten (kijk goed voor welke je een ticket hebt!)
Je mag alleen met de bus mee op vertoon van je busticket én een Left of the Dial 2025-polsbandje.
De bus-tour start ter hoogte van Rochussenstraat 13, dat is 2 minuten lopen van de ticketbalie;
Elke bus-tour duurt ongeveer 25 – 45 minuten, afhankelijk van het verkeer;
De line-up kan helaas altijd veranderen…
Toegang tot de bus alleen op vertoon van busticket én Left of the Dial-polsbandje!
Bands on a Bus is sold out!
Bands on a Bus will be a sightseeing tour of Rotterdam while a very modest version of a band plays on board. Still, it’ll be a lot of fun. There’ll be disco lights, a bar, and great views.
In all honesty, it’s also an experiment. Maybe there’s a good reason why the bus company has never had bands on their vehicles before. Maybe the sound will be horrible, and maybe the bus will get stuck in traffic on the very first trip. We really don’t know.
If it turns out to be a huge success, we’ll definitely be selling bus tickets next year. But considering the experimental nature of this whole endeavour, you can order your Bands on a Bus tickets for free this time.
So, if you’re the experimental type, and you don’t mind running the risk of wasting an hour on your life on a bus tour from hell, we’d love to welcome you on board of our Left of the Dial bus!

Tijdens Left of the Dial 2025 kun je weer net zo eten als onze geliefde artiesten: snel, zonder gedoe en op een tijdstip dat jou het beste uitkomt. In het hart van alle festivallocaties opent het vegan restaurant van Rotown een extra eetzaal voor alle artiesten én voor jou! Hier eten is de perfecte manier om iets in je maag te krijgen, zonder al te veel festival-tijd te verliezen. Om voedselverspilling tegen te gaan zijn er alleen maaltijdbonnen in de voorverkoop verkrijgbaar, dus bestel ze voor 17 oktober!

Right in the centre of all festival activities, Rotown’s vegan restaurant opens two extra dining rooms where we serve the Left of the Dial artists their dinner. And you’re very welcome to join them!
The perfect way to fill up your stomach without losing too much precious festival time. To prevent food waste, our meal tickets are only available as pre-sale, so please order your ticket before October 17th.

Every night you can climb on stage to belt out some tunes at the Karaoke Bar. Curious to find out which famous evergreens the Left of the Dial artists sing when they’re done with their official performances? Or do you consider yourself some what of a rockstar? Come to the Karaoke Bar!
Het wordt een bruisende winkel waar je band- en festival-merchandise kunt kopen. We kunnen shirts helemaal naar jouw voorkeur bedrukken, of je kiest een van de ready-to-wear items. Je mag ook zelf een kledingstuk meenemen en daar een logo op laten drukken. Kan allemaal!
De artiesten hoeven helemaal niks te betalen voor deze service, alle winst op de bandmerchandise gaat direct naar de artiesten.
EXTRA SERVICE VOOR ONZE ARTIESTEN
De Brexit heeft het voor Engelse artiesten een stuk lastiger en vooral duurder gemaakt om merchandise mee te nemen naar Left of the Dial Rotterdam. Omdat het een belangrijke bron van inkomsten is voor artiesten, hebben we een oplossing bedacht. Bands hebben ons een ontwerp gestuurd en op het festival drukken we ter plekke shirts voor de bezoekers. Dat betekent dat jouw favoriete ontwerp verkrijgbaar is in elke maat en kleur. Uiteraard gaan de opbrengsten van de T-shirts naar de betreffende artiest en hoeven bands ons niet te betalen voor deze service. Zo hoeven zij geen invoerkosten te betalen, kun jij een band steunen én gaan we verspilling tegen, want door het printen-op-bestelling-systeem blijven er geen onverkochte shirts in ons winkeltje hangen.
WACHT NIET LANG
Belangrijk om te weten: Bands bepalen zelf welke spullen ze verkopen en vooral ook wanneer ze iets verkopen. Als een band door moet naar een volgende show, kan het zijn dat ze al vroeger op de avond hun spullen meenemen. En omdat bands allemaal op verschillende momenten aankomen, verandert het aanbod steeds. Wacht daarom niet te lang met een bezoekje aan de Merch Minimart en kom regelmatig even langs om te kijken of er nieuwe spullen zijn!
BEWAARSERVICE
Geen zin om de hele avond met je aankopen rond te sjouwen? Geen probleem, de Merch Minimart biedt ook een bewaarservice zodat jij de hele avond je handen vrij hebt. Vlak voor je naar huis gaat, haal je je spullen op. Dus koop zoveel je kunt, dan kunnen de bands weer een nieuwe plaat opnemen!

It's a vibrant store where you can get band and festival merchandise. Get a customized shirt, or pick one of the ready to wear items. You can even bring your own item of clothing, we’ll print whatever you want on it.
We don’t take a percentage of the sales, all profits of the band merch go directly to the artists!
AN EXTRA SERVICE FOR OUR ARTISTS
Brexit and travel restrictions have made it a lot more difficult for artists to bring merch to the festival, but Left of the Dial has the perfect solution! At the festival we will be printing band shirts to order. From all bands that have sent us a design, we will be able to print a custom T-shirt just for you in a size and colour of your choice. Naturally, all profits from the shirts will be for the artists (we don't charge them anything for this service), so support them and buy as much as you possible can!
PLEASE NOTE:
Bands are free to sell whatever they want and, more importantly, whenever they want. If they have to leave the festival early to go to a next show, they might stop selling their merchandise long before closing time, so hurry to The Merch Minimart as soon as you can and check back a few times for new items!
