Nadeem Din-Gabisi is a storyteller working in the realms of music, poetry and the visual arts. Nadeem’s work channels his experiences as a London born, second generation immigrant of Sierra Leonean Krio descent. His debut album OFFSHORE, on Moshi Moshi Music tackles themes of belonging, estrangement and identity with ‘potent streams of consciousness’.
OFFSHORE has received support from BBC 6Music, Byte FM, Somewhere Soul, Apple Music Playlists, as well as being featured in NPR, Worldwide FM and The Fader’s list of Best New Albums, The Observer’s, ‘Ones To Watch’, Clash Magazine and included on The Quietus and Electronic Sound Mags List of Best Albums of 2025.
Nadeem’s live shows at Supernormal Festival, Sinsal Festival, The Forge at the Lower Third and Great Escape Festival have showcased his ‘big choruses and big energy which elevate themes of Black identity, cultural displacement, and spiritual resilience with a refi ned sense of composition and arrangement’.
His debut project POOL was selected by Clash Magazine as one of the most slept on projects of 2022 and Jamz Supernova selected him as one of her Class of Supernova 2023. Nadeem is the Winner of the Fred Perry x Nicholas Daley Music Award 2021 and former resident of Somerset House Studios 2018/19. Nadeem’s 2020 short fi lm MASS (produced by Film and Video Umbrella) was screened at numerous fi lm festivals and selected for Artists Film International 2024 were it was live re-scored by Nadeem and Coby Sey at Forma HQ in London.
Nadeem is a keen collaborator and one half of the musical duo; An Alien Called Harmony (alongside Momoko Gill). Nadeem has worked with Metronomy, Coby Sey, Sans Soucis, Sampa The Great, Beni Giles, Tony Njoku and Shrink and was a member of the fi rst iteration of Steam Down. Live, Nadeem has supported Joshua Idehen, Murkage Dave, Falle Nioke, Nnenka and Momoko and Herbert. Nadeem is set to embark on a October 2026 Tour of OFFSHORE across the UK and the EU.
