De experimentele UK art-pop band Pozi lijkt compleet verloren te zijn geraakt in de ruimte. De band haalt zowel invloeden uit moderne pop muziek als uit dub, jungle en drum & bass, resulterend in een gestoorde liefdesbaby tussen Baxter Dury en Thievery Corporation. Pozi vloeit van een elektronische postpunk-achtige versie op hun in 2023 uitgekomen single Pest Control, tot het complete spaced-out laatst uitgebrachte nummer What You Came For. En allebei is het om je vingers bij af te likken.

This art-pop band draws heavy influences from contemporary pop music, as well as dub, jungle and drum & bass, generating a twisted lovechild between Baxter Dury and Thievery Corporation. Flowing from electronical post-punk’esque vibes on the 2023 single Pest Control, to a completely spaced out sound on their latest track What You Came For that we couldn’t even begin to describe. Either way, it’s finger-licking good.
