Formed in Liverpool in early 2024, DBA! have emerged as an urgent guitar band noted for their unique chemistry & influences such as Eels, Beck, and Elastica. Their first single, ‘sinkorswim’, has become a standout in the UK indie circuit, drawing attention from national radio stations. The track received strong support on BBC Radio 6 Music, where it scored an impressive 8/10 on Huw Stephen’s Roundtable where the panel had high praise, such as ‘definitely walking out of here with a new favourite band’ – Abbie McCarthy. The track was chosen as Emily Pilbeam’s BBC Introducing Track of the Week, stating ‘It’s a solid debut single which has me itching for more’ & was featured on Craig Charles’ daytime show. The song also found a home on John Kennedy’s X-Posure show & achieved a place on Amazing Radio’s A-list.

Arriving 5pm Tues 11th February, DBA! continue to evolve their sound, blending raucous guitar riffs with introspective lyrics. The single explores themes of personal struggle and renewal, offering an even more concise and aggressive sound.
