De Aussies van CLAMM schrijven een snoeiharde mix van garage en hardcorepunk; ze zingen over het leven met idealen in een wereld die deze idealen niet erkent. “It can be a bit much”, zingt de band dan ook laconiekjes, al is de uitvoering van al die frustraties allesbehalve laconiek. CLAMM is naast de ultieme uitlaatklep niet vies van verrassende elementen als spacende synths of ronkende saxofoons.
