Any questions? Well, hopefully you can find all the answers below! If not, email us, we are happy to help you!

Where is Left of the Dial?
Left Of The Dial takes place at different locations, all of them in the center of Rotterdam. To make things even easier, consider Eendrachtsplein as the festival’s main hub. Here you can exchange your e-ticket for a wristband. You can find all the other locations here.

How to reach the Left Of The Dial?
Left Of The Dial’s locations are about a 10-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. If you want to save your legs before running frantically from show to show, you can also take tram-line 4, 7, 8, 23 or 25. All stop at the festival site at Eendrachtsplein, where you can pick up your wristband.
We do not recommend going to Left Of The Dial by car. It’s busy in the city and parking isn’t exactly cheap. Still adamant about traveling by car? Look here for all the different parking options.

How far is it from one venue to another?
The venues furthest apart from one another are Rotown and V11, which is about a 10-15 minute walking distance. All other locations are closer by. So yeah, it’s easy to go on foot. But if you are afraid you will lose too much time to see everything you want, rent a bike!

Where and when can I exchange my e-ticket for a wristband?
Eendrachtsplein isn’t just the residence of the notorious Buttplug Gnome, here you will also find our Left Of The Dial service counter: a sturdy sea container produced by the company Caru, where our team will be ready and waiting to scan your ticket.
Opening hours:
Friday 3 pm – 00.30 am
Saturday 3 pm – 9 pm

My printer is broken! Can I still come in?
No problem! If you have your ticket downloaded on your phone, we can just scan it directly. Set the screen to maximum brightness, and it’ll be smooth sailing.

I bought myself a combi-ticket! Now, where do I find that hostel?
If all goes well, you have received an e-mail with all the necessary information. You can check in on Friday at Hostel Ani & Haakin at Coolsestraat 47-49. To make it even easier for you, your festival band will be ready for you, so don’t forget to show your e-ticket. You can plunge headfirst into the festival hullabaloo without having to stand in line!

I want to see one particular band at all cost. How will I get in?
We will reserve a total FOUR priority passes for each performance. This allows you tread to past the line and directly inside the venue, no matter how busy it is. Priority passes are given for free on Friday and Saturday between 4 pm and 5 pm at the festival service desk at Eendrachtsplein. We only give away one Priority Pass per person. The first to come are the first to be served!

How does Left Of The Dial’s passe-partout ticket handover service work exactly?
Up to Friday night, half an hour after the final band has performed – or, if you want, sooner –, please report to the festival service desk to hand in your wristband. If you want to exchange your wristband yourself, you will immediately receive a brand new one. If you’re as good as  certain you won’t run into the person you’re giving it to, you can pass on the name of said person and he/she can pick up the wristband at the service desk on his/her own. No hassle trying to wriggle the band off your wrist without breaking it! Left of the Dial has you covered!
But what if you can’t find anyone to hand over your your passe-partout to? And still feel it’s a waste to not let anyone else in on the fun? Then deliver your wristband on Friday and the festival service will make sure it ends up with someone giddy to put it to good use!

How can I pay for my drinks?
You can pay your drinks almost everywhere with pin or cash, we do not work with coins.

Can I bring my drink from one location to another?
No, you’re not allowed to travel will glasses or plastic cups. Gulp it down before setting off.

 Where can you eat?
Left Of The Dial takes place in the center of Rotterdam, so you can imagine there’s plenty of places to go for a chow. Even better: a number establishments and venues – more specifically these – will give you a nice discount if you flash your wristband. During the daytime, you can have breakfast or lunch at Rotown. At night, however, Rotown’s restaurant area is reserved for the artists. On the terrace, however, there’s a diverse offering of food trucks that provide both vegan and non-vegan options. So again, plenty of refreshments to choose from!

Wow, I just saw the most amazing band ever! Where can I buy their merch?
If the band has merchandise with them, it will be sold at Black Widow, stationed right next to Rotown at  Nieuwe Binnenweg 13. You can also buy special Left of the Dial merchandise, so either way, that place is worth checking out!
Opening hours: noon – 00.30AM

Is Left of the Dial accessible for wheelchairs?
We’re still checking all locations, please contact us if you need more information before buying a ticket!
